Bluegreen Vacations Odyssey Dells Resort

We didn't love our 2 bedroom hotel room. Unfortunately, the carpet was ripped all up. The fireplace wasn't working right.. my husband had to take off the bottom panel (from the direction of the maintenance guy) and turn it on and off with the switch. The toilets were seemingly busted because when you'd flush, it'd make an incredibly loud noise and it'd shake the whole room. The room was significantly smaller than I thought it would be. I will say I did love that there was a Dippin dots vending machine right down the hall.. best part of my whole birthday trip to Mt. Olympus. Unfortunately, the water at the park was freezing cold, so we didn't stay as long as we'd have liked otherwise. All-in-all, I likely wouldn't try to stay there again unless we didn't have many other choices. It is convenient and the 2 bed, 2 bath is also nice when there are more than a couple people. I also need to mention that the couch was broken. It sunk in like crazy and one of the legs was busted.

Room were a little smaller than other BlueGreens properties we stayed. No oven and only 2 stove burners was a little disappointing. However we were able to borrow a air fryer and crock pot from the front desk which was greatly appreciated. The lobby hot beverage machine was a delicious morning ritual. The front desk and staff were VERY helpful and truly amazing at all times of the day. Mrs Tina Victoria and crew made our stay exceptional. Convienece to the indoor water and theme park along with arcade was a huge plus. Recommendations for restaurants were close and delicious. Although there was little to no snow during our 6 day stay cascade mountain allowed for snow activities. Definitely hope to visit again....all the way from Florida.

*****WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE****** Not only have my husband and I been trying to cancel this nightmare, but Bluegreen does not provide any assistance or resolution for their customers. We had hopes that someone would take the time to listen and get us taken care of due to my husband's health issues, we are not able to travel. Even if we were able to though, this would not be recommended! The property conditions are terrible, we were made to believe upgrading and the increasing maintenance fee would fix that, but this is not the case. DO NOT STAY HERE

Very close to the Olympus water park, lovely clean and beautiful place to stay with family and friends. Front desk people were excellent and very cordial. Found it absolutely amazing. The only teeny tiny problem was that the laundry was in the farthest corner of the floor, which was quite a walk from our room. Rest everything was smooth- they even allowed us an extra hour to check out on a super busy day!
